In today’s healthcare landscape there seem to be many different types of medical providers or those who provide medical care for patients.

We have MD’s and DO’s and we have NP’s and PA’s. In this two part series we will look at the differences between doctors and what we call mid-level providers.

In part two we talk about Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants.
